Linton's Mechanical Services, Inc., has served the Lowcountry for over 30 years. Established in 1978, Linton's Mechanical Services, Inc., has developed and grown from a small fabrication and welding shop with limited specialized facilities to its current status of a corporation with excellent facilities, management and technical expertise, experience and overall capability for accomplishing minor repair tasks to major structural fabrication and steel erection, with an average continuous employment of 40 craftsmen. We are conveniently located on Highway 52 in Goose Creek, South Carolina.

Linton's Mechanical Services, Inc., specializes in plant maintenance from plant shutdowns to general maintenance. In addition, we offer structural steel fabrication, miscellaneous steel fabrication, process piping, millwright services, and concrete services to further meet your construction needs. Linton's Mechanical Services, Inc., is solely owned and operated by James W. Linton, Jr.

Our 20,000-square foot fabrication shop, managed by Steve McDaniels, enables us to construct various plant maintenance items, ranging from ducts and hoppers to low tolerance machine parts. Linton's Mechanical Services, Inc., has over 30 years of experience in standard building structure fabrication. Our facility is equipped with the machinery and experienced manpower to completely overhaul old equipment or manufacture new equipment for the paper, steel, and cement industries.

In addition to the above services, our sister company, Allstate Crane Rentals, Inc., offers rigging, steel erection, equipment moving and rigging, crane and equipment rental, specialty hauling, and erection and disassembling of tower cranes.

At Linton's Mechanical Services, Inc., we recognize the critical importance of scheduling for our customers. Therefore, we offer qualified crew sizes to fit any need. From 2-man crews to 40-man crews, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are able to man projects on short notice for 24-hour emergency service. Our field supervisor Derrick Alston constantly supervises crews to ensure reliable and professional work.

Our attention to accurately project records is second to none. Records are reviewed, maintained, and kept up-to-date on all projects.

Linton's Mechanical Services, Inc., believes that the safety of our customers, subcontractors, and personnel is first and foremost. We have an extensive safety program, including regular safety surveys and inspections. A substance abuse policy and program is also in effect and is strictly enforced to further ensure safety to all involved.
